How many questions are included?
262 original multiple-choice questions: a 25-question diagnostic, a 120-question timed practice exam, a 30-question timed drill and section sets for each domain. Each question appears in only one of these, so nothing repeats.
Is the practice exam timed like the real one?
Yes. The practice exam has 120 questions and a 2-hour time limit, matching the length and time of the CET exam, with questions spread across the domains by the official weights.
Do the questions explain the answers?
Yes. Every question explains why the correct answer is right and why each of the other choices is wrong, so you learn from every miss.
Are these real exam questions?
No. Every question is original and written to NHA's published outline. Real exam questions are confidential, and we do not use them.
What does it cost?

Do the rhythm questions show real strips?
Yes. 48 questions show a six-second lead II rhythm strip on standard ECG paper, and you read the rate, rhythm and intervals from the strip yourself. Will this still help if NHA updates the CET exam?
Yes. NHA's new test plan for Winter 2027/28 covers the same core skills with slightly different domain weights. Our questions already cover those topics, and we will adjust the practice exam weights when the new exam launches.
