Welcome to TPM Exam Prep, an online exam preparation service operated by Trilogy Performance Media, LLC ("TPM," "we," "us"). By using tpmexamprep.com or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What TPM Exam Prep is
TPM Exam Prep provides educational practice materials, such as lessons, practice questions, explanations, timed practice exams and progress tracking, to help you prepare for standardized exams. Our questions are original and are not actual exam questions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam provider (see our Disclaimer).
2. No guarantee of results
We work hard to make our materials accurate and useful, but we don't predict scores and we can't guarantee any particular score, admission decision or outcome. Exam content, formats and school requirements can change, so always confirm the details with the exam provider and your school or program.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use TPM Exam Prep, and if you're under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian. We sign you in with one-time links sent to your email, so please keep access to your email account secure. Your account is for you alone; please don't share it.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to buy anything. It lets us tell you when founding member passes and prep for your exam become available.
5. Passes, payments and refunds
Each pass is a one-time payment for access to prep for a specific exam for a stated period, and it won't renew automatically. The price, access period and what's included are shown before you pay, and you'll be asked to confirm that you understand all sales are final before you're taken to our payment processor, Stripe. Until checkout opens, passes aren't on sale.
- Founding Member 6-Month Pass. Offered at $7, as a one-time payment for six months of access to prep for one exam that you choose at checkout, to the first 50 members in total across all exams or through November 30, 2026, whichever comes first. The six-month access period begins on the date of purchase. The pass does not renew automatically. Limit one Founding Member Pass per account. In the rare case that the last founding passes are claimed while your checkout is still open and we can't honor your payment, we'll refund it in full.
- Digital product; when access begins. Passes are digital products. Your access to TPM Exam Prep begins when your purchase is complete. For the Founding Member 6-Month Pass, the six-month access period starts on the date of purchase, as described above. Some features, such as full timed practice exams, may become available during your access period rather than on the day you buy.
- All sales are final. Because access begins at purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Before you buy, we encourage you to try our free diagnostic so you can see whether TPM Exam Prep is a good fit for you.
6. Acceptable use
Please use TPM Exam Prep for your own personal study. You agree not to copy, share, sell or publish our questions or other content; scrape, download in bulk or use automated tools to access the service; share your account; try to get around security or access limits; or use the service in any unlawful or harmful way.
7. Our content
All content on TPM Exam Prep, including questions, explanations, lessons, design and software, belongs to TPM or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own study while you have access.
8. Your feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve TPM Exam Prep without owing you anything. We will only publish your feedback, name or results with your separate, express permission.
9. Not medical, legal or admissions advice
Our materials are for exam preparation only. They are not medical, clinical, legal or admissions advice.
10. Disclaimers
TPM Exam Prep is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TPM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold TPM harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
13. Ending access
You can stop using TPM Exam Prep at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we can't, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, let you know. Changes won't affect the price of a pass you've already bought.
