Are these real NCMA questions?
No. Every question is original and written to the published NCMA content outline. Each one explains why the correct answer is right and why each of the other choices is not.
How long is the practice exam?
It matches the real exam: 150 questions with a 3-hour timer, so you can build the stamina and pacing you need on test day.
Does it cover both clinical and administrative topics?
Yes. You will practice clinical skills such as phlebotomy, ECG, infection control and patient intake, plus administrative duties, billing and coding basics, law and ethics, and pharmacology.
What are select-all-that-apply questions?
Some of our practice questions ask you to choose every correct answer from a list. You need all of the correct choices and none of the incorrect ones to get credit. The real NCMA exam includes a small share of alternative-format questions such as multi-select, so our full-length practice exam includes them too, and the practice banks have more.
Do you include drag-and-drop and hotspot questions?
Yes. The real NCMA exam includes a small share of alternative-format questions, so our full-length practice exam mixes in drag-and-drop, hotspot and select-all-that-apply items in about that share, and the practice banks and a 15-question drill have more. Drag-and-drop items ask you to put steps in order, and hotspot items ask you to click the right spot on an image. Each one is scored all or nothing, and you can answer with touch, a mouse or the keyboard.
