NREMT EMT exam prep

Walk into your EMT exam confident and ready

Our EMT prep follows the national EMT scope of practice, from scene size-up and primary assessment to treatment, transport and operations. You will work through realistic scenarios with a clear explanation for every answer choice, then take a timed practice test.

Founding member price: $7 for six months of NREMT EMT test prep, one payment, while founding spots last (regular price from $9.99).

What's included

  • 275 original practice questions, each with an explanation for every answer choice
  • A timed 120-question practice test in 2 hours
  • Practice banks for Scene Size-up and Safety, Primary Assessment, Secondary Assessment, Patient Treatment and Transport, and Operations
  • A timed 30-question mixed drill
  • Resuscitation content written to current AHA CPR and ECC guidelines
  • A free diagnostic that shows where to focus first
  • Six months of access from the day you buy, with one payment and no subscription
  • With the prep + classes pass, you also get our NREMT EMT video classes: friendly lessons that walk through each part of the exam, each with a short overview and deeper chapters you can watch whenever you like

Every question is original and written to the official content outline for this exam, with an explanation for every answer. These are practice questions, not real exam questions. Not sure yet? Take the free NREMT EMT diagnostic first.

What's not included

  • Textbook chapters, study guides or flashcards. The practice questions pass is questions only, and the prep + classes pass adds the video classes
  • Real National Registry questions or official results. These are original practice questions, not questions from the actual test, and your practice results cannot predict whether you pass
  • The real exam is adaptive. Our practice test uses a fixed set of questions
  • The psychomotor skills exam
  • Local or state protocols. Our questions follow the national scope of practice, and your local protocols may differ

Full practice test

  • Practice test: 120 questions, 120 minutes

No. Each NREMT EMT 6-Month Pass is a single payment: $9.99 for practice questions, or $34.99 for prep + classes. Either one gives you six months of access and never renews.

How much does it cost?

There are two options. The practice questions pass is $9.99 and includes the full question bank and every practice exam and drill. The prep + classes pass is $34.99 and adds the NREMT EMT video classes. Each is one payment for six months of access, and neither one renews.

Are these real National Registry questions?

No. Every question is original and written to the national EMT scope of practice, with an explanation for every answer choice.

Do the questions follow my local protocols?

Our questions follow the national EMT scope of practice, which is what the national exam tests. Your local protocols may differ, so always follow your medical director in the field.
