- The real exam is adaptive. Our practice test uses a fixed set of questions
- The psychomotor skills exam
- Local or state protocols. Our questions follow the national scope of practice, and your local protocols may differ

Is this a subscription?
No. Each NREMT Paramedic 6-Month Pass is a single payment: $9.99 for practice questions, or $49.99 for prep + classes. Either one gives you six months of access and never renews.
